T4C trivia event (Saturday, 30 August 2008) at 6 PM EST
We will be hosting a T4C trivia event on Saturday, 30 August 2008 at 6 PM EST across public chat channels in game.
Prizes will be Bronze, Silver, and Gold tokens, which can be exchanged for awesome prizes! Everyone can participate!

New challenging server
Hello everyone,
I would like to introduce a new server on T4C Bible; Aurora. We were already known by the name Shadow Realm, but we never launched the server.
We want to provide to players a new experience in playing T4C, with the emphasis on making the game challenging again, while removing unnecessary and extraneous complexity. Our base is the 1.25 version, with major modifications to monsters, equipment and spells that, we hope, redress the balance problems, as well as improve gameplay. The settings are full 100% loss; death should hurt, don't you think?
There will not be paid features like buying seraph characters or special items - not now, not ever. You will have to build your character on your own, and believe me, it won't be easy! There will also not be any GMs to ruin the gaming experience; the most powerful entities on Aurora will be players, and they will shape the fabric of the server.
As alluded to above, moderation will be minimum, with only vulgar language on main, and cheating proscribed. But, keep in mind, the lack of deific supervision does not give free license to act any which way; it's just that players will decide your fate. Having too many enemies, albeit not omnipotent ones, is still a recipe for death.
To summarize , our idea is to restore challenge to T4C, and to greatly improve game play. If you think you need to have your screen filled with spell effects to be playing T4C, we fundamentally disagree and find it irritating and a distraction to the gameplay. If you like 30 second spells, and love to swap items constantly in your inventory so you can keep spell effects up, then you won't appreciate the effort made to remove these repetitive and mind numbing exercises that again distract from play. If, on the other hand, you want a challenge, and a character that you can be proud of because of the difficulty in building a powerful character, then you might enjoy the server. It's not going to be easy, but that doesn't mean it won't be fun.
I also want to make it clear, this is not yet another iteration of Chaos Server. By any measure, it is far more difficult, and so fundamentally different that any comparision would be misguided. I can't guarantee you'll like it, but I can guarantee you've never played T4C like it before.
We are looking for some beta testers for now. The official opening date will be announced soon.
